The immigration service issues the visa; we submit the documents. If we make a mistake in the application, we refund double the visa price. Applies to the rush options: 2 days, 1 day, 3–4 hours. Details are in our terms.
Before departure we send detailed instructions: what to bring, how much cash, how to go through the checkpoint. The manager is in the chat from 8:00, so you can ask questions in advance.
You pay the amount quoted at booking. The only thing you pay yourself is the border fee, 200 000 ₫ for Laos or 50 000–150 000 ₫ for Cambodia, and we warn you about it in advance.
Nha Trang. Two-row sleeper bus, evening boarding
Evening departure: to Laos every day, boarding at 21:10 at 4 Tran Phu or at 21:30–22:00 at 40 Hon Chong; to Cambodia on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 21:30 at 40 Hon Chong. A night in a two-row sleeper bus, back to Nha Trang the next day.
For the stamp, Laos is cheaper: 1 400 000 ₫ versus 1 600 000 ₫. Cambodia needs a Cambodian visa, which we arrange online (e-visa) for 1 000 000 ₫; book no later than 4 days before departure. Border fee: 200 000 ₫ for Laos, 50 000–150 000 ₫ for Cambodia.
Not for Russian passports: the stamp is free at the border. Other passports (some CIS countries, EU, US) need a visa. Message the manager before booking and we’ll advise for your passport.

For passports with visa-free entry to Vietnam; we’ll ask your citizenship when you book. The stamp’s validity depends on the passport. No visa-free entry? You go for a 90-day visa, and we arrange it while you are at the border.
With properly prepared documents that’s rare. We process the visa urgently on a visa run, and the 200% guarantee applies: if the refusal is not your fault, we refund double the visa price.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, we keep 500 000 ₫, because seats are booked in advance. After such a cancellation, your next booking requires full prepayment.
A single-entry visa is used up on any exit from Vietnam. A multiple-entry visa lets you leave and come back, so take it if you plan to visit Cambodia, Thailand or Laos while the visa is valid.
