90-day e-visa
Vietnam 90-day e-visa, done for you — we pay the government fee
Send a passport scan and your dates — get the finished visa as a file. Nothing to fill in, nothing to pay on the portal.
- We fill in the application
- We pay the government fee with our card
- Processing speed matched to your date
We quote in chat, in English or Russian — tell us your dates and where you are. Also on WhatsApp.

Who this is for
The main reason people hand this over is not laziness. The government portal at evisa.gov.vn rejects Russian cards and turns away a lot of other foreign ones. The form is filled in, the documents are ready, and there is nothing to pay the fee with — so the application never leaves. From there begins the search for someone who can pay it for you, which is precisely what we do.
The second reason is the cost of a mistake. The entry point, the visa start date, the transliteration of a name — any one of those turns into a refusal and lost days. You can reapply, but booked flights rarely leave room for a second attempt.
The third is that what you actually need is length, not a trip. A 90-day visa unlocks a Vietnamese bank card, and with it QR payments and foreign subscriptions — plus fewer border runs and fewer stamps eating passport pages.
What stays on our side
The check before submission. The form itself. The fee, paid from a card the portal accepts. The correct entry point — the airport or land crossing you will really arrive through. Then the finished visa, delivered as a file, and support right up to entry, so a question at the border is not yours alone to solve.
How it looks

How it works
5 minutes
You send the documents
A scan or photo of your passport, a photo on a white background, the visa start date, your address in Vietnam and a local phone number. That is the whole list.
before filing
We check and agree the details
Name exactly as in the passport, validity, your travel dates, and the entry point you will actually arrive through.
before filing
You pay for the service
We advance the visa fee from our own card, which is why the service is settled before the application goes in. QR, cash, USDT, or roubles at +6%.
working days
We submit
Submissions go in on working days — not on public holidays or weekends — and at least two days before the date you need.
your tier
The visa arrives
As a file, by email and in chat. Print it or keep it on your phone and show it with your passport at the border.
What it costs
Our pick
Standard — up to 7 working days
$45
- The application filled in and filed for you
- The $25 government fee paid with our card
- The entry point matched to your route
This tier has no guarantee attached: the wait belongs to the portal queue, not to us. You hear that before you pay.
Fast — 2 days
$100
- Everything above, moved to the front of our queue
- Guaranteed issue or a 100% refund
The tier people take when the flights exist and the week of slack does not.
Fast — 1 day
$110
- The visa is with you the next day
- Guaranteed issue or a 100% refund
Ultra Fast — 3 to 4 hours
$120
- Nothing faster exists
- Guaranteed issue or a 100% refund
Also the tier behind a same-day visa run — you travel and the visa arrives in the same daylight.
Multiple entry
+$25
- Added on top of any tier above
- Covers the higher $50 government fee as well
For anyone hopping to Cambodia, Thailand or Laos and back inside the 90 days.
The final number depends on your dates, where you are now and which border you cross — we count it in chat, before you pay anything.
Should you just do it yourself
Yes, if you have a card the portal accepts, a week of slack in your schedule and the willingness to own the application. The government fee in that case is the same $25, and that is the honest answer.
We are for the other situation: nothing to pay with, no time, no room to get it wrong. We handle it end to end, pay the fee with a foreign card, fill in the form correctly and know what the right entry point looks like for each way of arriving. Around 8,000 visas have gone through us, which means the rare strange cases are ones we have already seen.
If it is refused
The express tiers — $100, $110 and $120 — carry our guarantee: the result or a 100% refund, with no exclusions attached. We can offer that because we submit carefully and can usually see in advance where an application is likely to trip.
Standard $45 processing comes without that guarantee: the timing there belongs to the portal queue rather than to our speed, and we will not promise what we do not control. That difference is said out loud before you pay, not in small print afterwards.
As for entry itself, when the visa is already issued there is one real reason to be refused — being on the Vietnamese immigration blacklist. We do not invent other hidden grounds.
If a border trip is coming anyway
Do not price the visa on its own. When your current stay is running out, the road and the visa belong in the same number — that is the visa run from Da Nang or the run from Nha Trang, and the 3–4 hour tier is what lets the visa arrive on the day you travel. Tell us where you are and when your current stay ends and we will quote both.
What we need from you
A passport scan, a photo, the visa start date, an address in Vietnam and a local number — enough for us to start. If you are not sure a 90-day visa is even the right thing, write anyway. For plenty of people who arrive asking for a visa, a few questions later a different route turns out cheaper, and we will say so rather than sell the more expensive one.

Tell us three things — your dates, where you are now and a scan of your passport page. That is the whole starting kit; everything after it is on us. If your case turns out cheaper to do yourself, we will say so.
