This Consent is drawn up as a standalone document, separate from the Privacy Policy or any offer/terms of service, so it can be read, checked, and withdrawn on its own.

2. Data subject

I, a visitor to danangvisarun.com filling in the lead form and checking the consent box, give the Operator my consent to process my personal data at the moment I take an active action (checking the consent box and pressing the submit button).

The visitor identifies themselves in the form by name and contact details. No passport or ID data is required for this Consent.

  • Name (as entered in the form).
  • Contact details of the visitor’s choice: phone, Telegram username, or email.
  • The message text submitted through the lead form.
  • The visitor’s device IP address at the moment of submission.
  • User-Agent (browser type and operating system).
  • Date and time of submission.

4. Purposes of processing

The Operator processes the personal data listed in section 3 exclusively to:

  • handle visa run and e-visa requests
  • provide consultations on visa extension and border crossings
  • arrange transport between Da Nang / Nha Trang and the Laos / Cambodia borders

This Consent does not cover:

  • Adding the data to marketing mailouts.
  • Disclosing the data to third parties for advertising purposes.
  • Profiling (automated decision-making about the subject).

5. Actions and methods of processing

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, correcting), retrieval, use, transfer (only to the parties listed in section 8 of the Privacy Policy), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Processing takes place both with and without automation (web server, database).

This Consent is valid from the moment it is given until:

  • it is withdrawn by the subject, or
  • 3 (three) years from the subject’s last active contact with the Operator —

whichever comes first. After this period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Right to withdraw

The subject may withdraw this Consent at any time.

How to withdraw: email legal@vietnam-visa.ru (backup channel — krasty000@gmail.com) with the subject line “Withdraw consent” and the contact details you used, so we can identify your record.

The Operator must stop processing the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal request, except where continued processing is required by law.

Consent is considered given the moment the subject takes the active action — checking the “I agree to the processing of my personal data” box and pressing “Submit” on the danangvisarun.com form.

At the moment of submission, the Operator records:

  • Date and time of the action (UTC).
  • The visitor’s device IP address.
  • User-Agent.
  • The full text of this Consent (version 1.0, dated August 25, 2026).
  • The URL of this Consent page: https://danangvisarun.com/consent/?v=1.0.

This record is kept in the Operator’s consent database for the full processing period plus 3 years, as proof that processing was lawful.
