BestBus Vietnam is a small team based in Da Nang. We are not a travel agency with a call centre somewhere in Europe: we live here, we file visas and work the border every day, and that is the only reason we know how any of this behaves in practice rather than on paper.
Most people find us at an awkward moment. The visa has three weeks left and the flight home is in four months. The government portal has just refused a passport photo for a reason nobody explains. A border crossing that had two windows open last month now has one. None of that is in the news — it only shows up if you are physically here, doing it repeatedly.
What we actually do
E-visas, filed for you. You send a passport scan, we do the rest: we check the scan and the photo against what the portal will accept, pick the entry point that matches your actual route, pay the government fee, and watch the application until the result lands. The government fee itself is $25 for a single entry and $50 for a multiple — that is Vietnam’s official charge, identical for everyone, and it is not where our work sits. Details of the packages are on the 90-day e-visa page.
Extensions and visa runs. When your current visa runs out you have two routes: extend where you are, or leave the country and come back in. We drive people from Da Nang and from Nha Trang to the Laos and Cambodia borders — this is our daily route, not something we arrange as a favour. A visa run from Da Nang fits into one day, there and back; the Nha Trang route runs through Bo Y or Moc Bai.
Transport. Sleeper coaches and private transfers across central Vietnam. This is what Best Bus started as, and we still run it.
Why you can take our word for it
Four years running the border ourselves, 8,000 visas issued and more than 7,000 passengers carried. Those numbers are on our services page because they are the only real argument we have: this is a route we drive, not a service we resell.
We do not promise approval. The decision belongs to Vietnamese immigration, and it is more honest to name the risk up front than to reassure you and then let you down at the counter. What we do promise is narrower and more useful: we remove the mistakes that get applications rejected most often, and we tell you plainly when the timing no longer works and you are better off moving the flight.
Support is in English, Russian and Ukrainian, from a person, not a bot. The founder, Sergei, is the one you will most often end up talking to, and the reviews page is where those conversations ended up — client messages as screenshots, not as testimonials we typed ourselves.
Where we are, and how to reach us
We are based in Da Nang and work across Vietnam — the border runs go to Laos and Cambodia, the transfers cover the central coast.
Every way to reach us sits in one place on the contact page, phone number included. The fastest way in is to message us on Telegram. Tell us where you are, when your current visa expires and what you already have in hand, and we will tell you which route fits and what it costs. If Telegram is not your thing, WhatsApp reaches the same people.
